This Privacy Policy explains how GuardMySaaS collects, uses, and protects information when you use the service.
Information we collect: account details (such as email and company name), subscription data you enter (service names, costs, billing dates, and categories), preference settings (including timezone and reminder choices), and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use information: to provide core product functionality, send service-related emails (verification, reminders, weekly summaries, and account notifications), improve reliability, and prevent abuse.
Cookies and similar technologies: we use essential cookies for authentication, session management, and security (including CSRF protection). We do not currently use ad-targeting cookies.
Third-party processors: we do not sell personal information. We use service providers for infrastructure hosting, database/queue operations, email delivery, and bot-protection captcha verification (Cloudflare Turnstile on public waitlist forms).
Payments: GuardMySaaS does not currently process in-app payments, and we do not collect payment card details directly at this time.
Data retention: we keep account and subscription data while your account is active, plus a limited retention period for backups, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
Your controls: you can update profile and notification settings in-app. Self-serve account deletion and full data export are not yet generally available.
Security: we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be fully secure.
Changes: we may update this policy as features evolve. The latest version is always posted on this page with an updated date.
